Refund policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance body oils, all sales are final. Hill’s Legacy Body Oils does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.


Refunds will only be considered in the event that the incorrect item was sent or the item arrived damaged. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.


Hill’s Legacy Body Oils is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to scent preference, as fragrance selection is subjective. We encourage customers to purchase sample sizes before committing to larger bottles.
